| Hi, my name is David Rappoport and I'd like to provide a whole hearted and strong recommendation to Ana for the work she did for my family that ended up saving us tens of thousands of dollars. My daughter had a medical condition that required expensive orthognathic surgery to remedy. The insurance coverage we had at the time specifically excluded this condition from coverage. There were a few exceptions to the exclusion, but it was a gray area and the insurance repeatedly refused coverage for our case. Ana took all of our documents, organized them perfectly, wrote a lengthy letter to the insurance company and challenged their decision. When the insurance company again refused consideration, Ana didn't give up, but continued to challenge their decision with repeated well written appeals. Finally, the insurance company caved and agreed to pay the full cost of the procedure. I was deeply impressed with Ana's ability to organize information, write well argued legal documents and her ability to get results. I was also impressed with her friendly and professional attitude and her perseverance. Let me stress that we avoided going to court and we achieved these results directly with the insurance company. That impressed me the most! I'm grateful to Ana for the work she did for us and cannot recommend her strongly enough! |
